Although there are many new developments in and around Paradise Coast, ONLY RESIDENTS of the Mossel Bay Retirement and Lifestyle Village developed by Nuvest (Pty) Ltd have access to the facilities, such as Frail Care, Dining Hall, Recreational Hall and other services it provides.
